Happiness is real!!

Have you ever run after butterflies in a field of dandelions and laughed till it hurt even though you didnt get your hands on that butterfly when you were a kid? Have you ever splashed in mud puddles when you were little and smiled even though it got your shoes messy n feet dirty? These are tiny moments of hapiness which are not picture perfect but very real. I know we have sometimes chased away flies that come to our side uninvited and yet dream to catch the elusive butterflies...I also know that we have cussed at vehicles who splashed mud at us on a rainly day when the same puddles made us smile as kids...does this mean hapiness retreats with age or do we get blinder as we grow older. Why dont small things in life bring the same joy now that once meant the world, wht do we get materialistic in our journey through life.
Hapiness is truly like those butterflies...the more you chase it the further it will go...just look at the beauty of the drifting dandelion seeds, smell the fresh air, feel the sunshine and a butterfly will come rest upon you...peace from with in...generates happiness and gets you all the things that matter!!
Laughing out loud for no reason at all...coz i want too.... :)

Vivaldi ... there is no compare!!

I am quiet an animal crazy person, i dont know when i fell in love with all Gods creatures..maybe i was just born this way but one thing is for sure i understood my true love for dogs only after vivaldi licked his way into my life. I have had many dogs before him...infact i have had crows,cats,squirrels n all kinds of weird wildlife that my mama refused past the front door but my experiences with vivaldi are till date truly unique.
I have never befriended a puppy more intelligent or more sensitive, he defies basic dog nature of greed and puts most human beings to shame with his undivided love even though he came to us at 9 months. It was a common joke at home that I followed around my hubby n viv followed me around so we were always a sight to behold...the three of us strutting abt n constantly walking into each other!! Steve brought viv into my life on our first anniversary and I fell in love with those almond shaped caramel brown eyes n that way that he turns his head when i talk to him. In all my days of lonliness viv always sat there n cocked his head around n listened to me or just cuddled up with me in bed and kept me warm. He is also an amazing companion on holidays, i have had the best times with him playing in the beach where he scratched me raw with excited splashes in the water. He is rarely ever low or groggy n is ever willing to have a go at fetching his ball n trotting around like he is the king of the garden. Our walks together were very social as i made more and better frends with other dog owners than at saturday nite parties.
Viv taught me a lot about being upbeat n fiesty, he made me a child again and in ways a mother, he licked my toes when they were clean n licked my cheeks when they were wet, he bit my bum we he wanted a walk n bit my nose wen he was kidding around, he ran when it was medicine time yet ate all his tablets n syrup s on his own....just cant stop writing abt the one true love of my life who never hesitated getting down on his fours just for me....love yu viv!! muuaahh

..put my feet up n sleep
..dance in the rain
..cry till it hurts no more
..love myself the most
..leap off a cliff into the clean blue sea
..fly faraway
..get kissed by dolphins
..raise a 100 children
..laugh like it doesnt matter
..find myself....jussttt!!
