I feel so weak, so broken

Scars sit on my heart

Permanent and frozen

Pretending to be ecstatic
Bleeding inside

Emotions deep-eratic

A moment of joy

like a gust of wind

in its wake, all destroy

Has the worst passed

Should i wonder

Destiny's always masked

Yet I stand tall and fragile

Yet I cry and unconditionally smile

Surrounded by the innocence of stark reality

Weathered with knowing, tempered with age

Escaping with uncertainty behind a veil of sagacity

Blending with fervor in a translating stage

not mind but heart

All shattered

His new horizon
electric blue
All sorted

Their paths crossed unseen, unheard in retrospect
Their paths crossed deep and entwined ad hoc

Incandescence enveloped
her existence so drab
All jittery

Familiarity greeted
his flamboyant heart
All interested

Abandoning her qualms
Finding his muse

they took the plunge

All Bliss

Commitment creeped up from behind

Unaware life hit them

Romantic was she

Realist was he
